Personal Training
Your Fast-Track to Fitness Goals
Ideal for beginners, personal training at Fuerza offers customized programs designed to take you safely from point A to B with the guidance and support of our expert coaches.
Customization: We offer 45 min sessions. Our coaches take the thought out of fitness for you, all you have to do is show up!
Accountability: Highlighting how coaches ensure consistency and motivation, even when clients may struggle to stay on track.
Safety: Stressing the prioritization of proper movement and injury prevention to build confidence and long-term success.

Join us for a foundation course
The foundations courses give you a chance to learn the basic movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pressing, pulling and lunging. In this program, our coaches will also assess any possible modifications that may be needed when aiming to join our small group classes.
After completing the two session program, we may determine working one-on-one with a coach may be more fitting for the client. Regardless of which path a client chooses to follow through with, we will make sure to leave you with the knowledge needed to perform quality exercise, a gift you can always take with you along your journey.
